The sliding doors are made of wood or Japanese-style covered wood. They also run on rails milled with a Japanese dust- and wearproof technology, and have standard vertical milled handles on both the right and left sides.
This spacious closet can contain:
- a rod for hanging clothes;
- shelves;
- an empty space for storing luggage, pillows, rugs, mattresses, or other large objects.
On both sides of the bed it is possible to have side guards and different types of steps which hold other drawers.
SPAZIOBED Closet is available in either untreated wood or a variety of tints, can be treated on request with natural finishing oils, includes a mattress foundation of a tatami mat, slats, or breathable wood platform, and is customizable with centimetric precision.
On request, lights can be installed inside the space.

Tatami
For SPAZIOBED the recommended mattress foundation is a tatami, which can be walked over, is breathable, provides heat and thermal insulation, and is easy to clean.
The tatami is made exclusively of vegetable fibers and is an article that has been used in Japan for centuries. Its weave makes it suitable for a mattress laid directly on top of it, affording good breathability, while at the same time creating a dust-proof storage bed.
It is also possible to equip each of our beds with a slatted or a breathable wooden platform mattress foundation, except in the case of the SPAZIOBED Living model.
