General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Subject
1.1. The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, General Terms and Conditions) is to regulate the purchase of Products and Services, made at a distance, via computer network, from the Site www.ringarn.it (hereinafter, the Site).
1.2. Owner of the Site is Ringarn di Pesavento Angela.

2. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
2.1. All purchases of Products made through the Site (hereinafter, the Purchase Contracts) by users who access it (hereinafter, the Customers) are governed by these General Conditions as well as by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), Section II Distance Contracts (Articles 50 – 67) and by the Italian regulations on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003).
2.2. By concluding the Purchase Contracts, according to procedure, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions.
2.3. The Customer, therefore, is obliged to read carefully, before making any purchase transaction, these General Conditions that Ringarn di Pesavento Angela makes available to him also in order to allow him to reproduce and store in compliance with the provisions of art. 12, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 70/2003.
2.4. Ringarn di Pesavento Angela may change, at any time and without notice, the content of the General Conditions. The General Conditions published on the Site at the time of sending the purchase order itself by the Customer shall apply to each individual Purchase Agreement.

3. Products
3.1. www.ringarn.it (hereafter, “Site”) is a computerized site for handcrafted leather and fabric handbags (hereafter, “Products”).
3.2. All Products offered are illustrated in detail on the Site, within their respective sections, distinguished by Product categories.
3.3. The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, has an indicative value and normally corresponds to the photographic image of the Products themselves and has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment, Ringarn di Pesavento Angela, about the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the Site with the real Product; and this, with particular regard to its actual dimensions and/or the chromatic aspects of the Products and/or packaging.
3.4. In the event of any difference between the image and the written product sheet, the description of the product sheet shall always prevail.

4. Purchase procedure
4.1. The Customer may purchase the Products in the electronic catalog, detailed on the Site within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets contained on the Site, respecting the technical access procedures illustrated therein. Ringarn manufactures most of its bags to order, which may not be available at the time of the order, although they are illustrated in the shop.
4.2. In order to purchase the Products, the Customer must register on the Site by entering his/her personal details, following the instructions provided by the registration program. In the event that the Customer does not wish to register on the Site, he/she may in any case complete the purchase procedure, but will not be able to check the status of his/her orders and take advantage of discounts and promotions.
4.3. The Customer shall place the selected Products in the appropriate “Shopping Cart” and, after viewing and accepting the price including delivery charges, may proceed with the purchase.
4.4. If the Customer needs to modify the purchase order or to change certain data contained therein, he/she shall follow the appropriate modification procedure contained on the Site. In particular, the Customer will have the right to change the quantity of the Products he/she intends to purchase, adding or removing one or more Products from the Shopping Cart.
4.5. Once this operation is completed, the Customer will display a screen containing a summary of the purchase order, including delivery charges, with a request for further confirmation to the purchase procedure.
4.6. After viewing the summary, the Customer shall select the desired type of payment, i.e. bank transfer, credit card or PayPal and send the order by clicking on the appropriate button.

5. Conclusion of the contract
5.1. The publication of the Products displayed on the Site constitutes an invitation addressed to the Customer to formulate a contractual proposal for purchase. The order sent by the Customer has the value of a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions.
5.2. Each Purchase Contract entered into between Ringarn di Pesavento Angela and the Customer shall be deemed concluded when Ringarn di Pesavento Angela sends acceptance of the order to the Customer’s e-mail address. This confirmation message will indicate an “Order Number”, to be used in any subsequent communication with Ringarn di Pesavento Angela. The message will re-propose, in addition to the information required by law, all the data entered by the Customer who agrees to verify the correctness and promptly communicate any corrections. Possible additional expenses determined by errors in the data not reported in a timely manner, will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
5.3. Each order can be viewed by the Customer on the Site, in his personal area, if he is registered, or by contacting the Customer Service of Ringarn di Pesavento Angela, immediately after sending the order itself.
5.4. It is possible that there may be occasional unavailability of the Products offered, in which case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not, in whole or in part, available, the Customer will be contacted to evaluate possible alternatives.
5.5. In particular, Ringarn di Pesavento Angela reserves the right not to accept purchase proposals and cancel orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or if – even after comparison with the circuit that handles credit card payments – there are anomalies in transactions and means of payment used by the Customer.
5.6. The Customer may verify at any time the content of the purchase contracts concluded by accessing his personal area of the Site, if he is registered, or by contacting the Customer Service of Ringarn di Pesavento Angela. These data will be available for a period equal to 12 months from the delivery of the Products.
5.7. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the order confirmation email. It should be kept in mind that if at the time of the cancellation request the processing of raw materials to produce the item has already begun, the order is cancelable but not refundable.

6. Product Prices
All Product prices are clearly stated on the Site and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are properly highlighted at the time of the order. The cost of each shipment may vary depending on the delivery and payment method as well as the destination and total amount of the order.

7. Invoicing and Methods of Payment
7.1. Ringarn di Pesavento Angela shall issue an invoice for the Products purchased, at the time the Products are delivered to the courier for shipment. For the issuance of the receipt or invoice, the information provided by the Customer shall be authentic. No change in the data will be possible after the issuance of the receipt or invoice itself.
7.2. As further detailed below under the relevant points, Credit Card and PayPal payments only require an authorization or reservation of money without actual debit at the time the Customer enters the order. Therefore, the payment is actually charged to the Customer only at the time the Products are delivered to the courier assigned for shipment. At this stage Ringarn di Pesavento Angela will also issue the invoice for the order.
7.3 Security of payment. Purchases made on www.ringarn.it are secure and guaranteed. Online payment by credit card is completely risk-free. Payment information is encrypted during transmission and handled directly by Paypal or designated banking companies. Under no circumstances Ringarn di Pesavento Angela will be aware of the credit card number, nor will it process or store the data provided on its systems. www.ringarn.it will only receive notification of the successful outcome of the transaction.
To Ensure maximum security in purchases, payment information transmitted via the Internet is encrypted by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

Clarifications follow

Online credit cards
All data are transferred in encrypted form by means of SSL certificate and are therefore not intercepted by external parties.
In addition, the data entry takes place directly on the Bank’s Site, thus ensuring maximum security.
The amount of the order is not charged immediately to the card, but at a later stage, within the limits authorized by the Customer.
At the time of entering the order on the Site www.Ringarn.it is requested only an authorization of payment for the indicated amount (very often at this time an SMS / E-mail is sent to the Customer by the bank that issued the card).
The authorization does not imply the debiting of the money but simply a reservation of the relevant amount.

PayPal
PayPal, an eBay group company, is a fast and secure payment system.
Once the order has been completed and the PayPal method has been chosen as the payment method, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal Site, where they can access their account by entering their personal e-mail address and password.
After registration, it is possible to proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter data, even for subsequent purchases.
Choosing to pay with PayPal the amount is charged directly to the credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (PostePay) assigned. PayPal protects the buyer’s information as no financial information is passed.
A confirmation email will be sent from PayPal with each transaction made by this method.
Please note that the amount of the order is charged to your PayPal account when the courier takes your order. When placing the order on the Website an authorization request will simply be made to check the availability on the Customer’s PayPal account, without any charge.
In case of cancellation of the order the amount is refunded to the Customer’s PayPal account.

Bank Transfer
The Customer can pay by Bank Transfer to be made to the bank account indicated in the order, within a period of 3 working days from the date of purchase. Payment by bank transfer has different delivery timelines than other payment methods. These timelines (at least 6-7 days) are attributable to the need for www.ringarn.it to verify the actual payment made. To speed up the procedure, the Customer can anticipate by email the receipt of the bank transfer.

8. Shipping: info and costs
www.ringarn.it ships throughout Italy.
www.ringarn.it is constantly working with the main national and international express couriers to guarantee the lowest shipping cost for each area of Italy and the best service in terms of timing, delivery guarantee and Customer service.

Shipping costs are €8.90 (including VAT) for orders up to €499
Delivery is free for shipments for orders valued over €500
Delivery is within 15 working days on average from the date of order confirmation.

Ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer in the order form. By registering on the site it will be possible to access the reserved section of www.ringarn.it and manage from here an address book to which to have their orders delivered. The status of the order will always be available in the reserved area of www.ringarn.it.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by www.ringarn.it, the Customer is required to scrupulously check:
a) That the packaging is undamaged or otherwise altered;
b) That the number of pieces in delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the packaging and the Products or the mismatch in the number of pieces/packages or indications must be immediately contested by the Customer, who may contact www.ringarn.it through Customer Service specifying the order for which such mishaps occurred.

8.1. Ringarn di Pesavento Angela undertakes to deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than thirty working days from the conclusion of the contract (order). The delivery of the Products will be made by courier, and the timing will vary depending on the destination. However, the terms indicated at the time of the purchase order are indicative.

8.2. Ringarn by Pesavento Angela delivers products purchased within this ecommerce exclusively within the territory of Italy.

8.3. No responsibility, for any reason whatsoever, may be charged by the Customer to Ringarn di Pesavento Angela in case of delay in the execution of the order or in the delivery of the Products covered by the Purchase Contracts.

8.4. The ordered Products will be sent to the postal address specified by the Customer. Upon delivery of the Products by Ringarn di Pesavento Angela to the assigned courier, an e-mail confirming the shipment will be sent to the Customer.

8.5. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays in the manner specified by the courier chosen by the Customer. Delivery is deemed completed when the Product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the addressee at the specified address, the courier will attempt a new delivery in the manner predetermined by the courier.
In case of impossibility to make the new delivery due to the absence of the addressee, Customer Service will attempt to contact the Customer to schedule a further delivery. In the event that Customer Service should fail to contact the Customer for the next 10 days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the Products subject to the order will be returned to the sender.
After 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the Products subject to the order have been returned to Ringarn di Pesavento Angela due to impossibility of execution of the delivery, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order cancelled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. Ringarn di Pesavento Angela will proceed to refund the amount paid by the Customer net of the cost of returning the Products and the cost of storing them at the branch of the courier appointed for the delivery.

8.6. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated by e-mail. The amount of the refund will be credited to the means of payment used by the Customer for the purchase. In the event that, before the elapsing of thirty days, the Customer requests to receive the purchased Products again, Ringarn di Pesavento Angela will proceed with the new delivery subject to charging, in addition to the costs of the same, the costs of returning the Products to Ringarn di Pesavento Angela and the costs of storage.

8.7. Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by Ringarn di Pesavento Angela, the Customer is required to scrupulously check the integrity of the packaging and that the number of pieces being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

8.8. Any damage to the packaging and Products or the mismatch in the number of pieces/packages or indications must be immediately contested by the Customer, who may contact Ringarn di Pesavento Angela . through Customer Service specifying the order for which such mishaps occurred.

8.9. Cases of force majeure, unavailability of means of transport, as well as unforeseeable or unavoidable events that cause a delay in deliveries or make deliveries difficult or impossible or cause a significant increase in the cost of delivery borne by Ringarn di Pesavento Angela, will entitle the same to split, postpone or cancel, in whole or in part, the planned delivery or terminate the Purchase Agreement. In such cases will be the responsibility of Ringarn di Pesavento Angela. provide timely and appropriate communication of its determinations to the email address provided by the Customer and the latter will be entitled to a refund of any price already paid, excluding any further claim, for any reason, against Ringarn di Pesavento Angela.

9. Discount Coupons – Promotions
9.1. Any discount coupons or promotional codes may be entered when the Customer fills out the purchase order. The system will update the total amount of the order net of the value of the voucher.

10. Right of withdrawal and its effects
10.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days (withdrawal period).
10.2 The withdrawal period expires: after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
10.3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Ringarn di Pesavento Angela of its decision to withdraw from the contract by an explicit statement (e.g. registered letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail).
10.4. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
10.5. If the Customer withdraws from this contract, all payments it has made to Ringarn di Pesavento Angela, excluding delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day Ringarn di Pesavento Angela is informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. Said refunds shall be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer shall not incur any costs as a consequence of said refund. Reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
10.6. The Customer is required to return the goods or deliver them to Ringarn di Pesavento Angela, at:

without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the Customer returns the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer. The Customer shall be liable only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
10.7. In any case, the Customer shall not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection-related reasons and have been opened after delivery.

11. Returns
Because items are produced as a result of ordering, and are authentic one-of-a-kind pieces, items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with any labels still intact and attached to the original packaging included. We urge care in packaging the return: the product must be in the exact same condition in which you received it.

12. Processing of personal data
Customers’ data are processed by Ringarn di Pesavento Angela in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information in the specially dedicated section called “Privacy Policy”.

13. Notices and Complaints
All notices or complaints, if any, by the Customer against Ringarn di Pesavento Angela with respect to the Purchase Contracts must be communicated in writing to the email info@ringarn.it

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions and any and all contracts entered into with the Customer shall be governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the application of Community legislation and international treaties, when applicable, as well as national consumer protection legislation.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, validity or effectiveness of these General Conditions and any contract entered into with the Customers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the registered office of Ringarn di Pesavento Angela.
